These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website virtualquestarena.info and the services provided by VirtualQuestArena Pty Ltd ("VirtualQuestArena", "we", "us", or "our") at our venues in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, Australia. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or booking a session at any VirtualQuestArena venue, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18), and that you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a valid booking confirmation from VirtualQuestArena. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session: full refund.
• Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the session: 50% refund or full credit.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session: no refund; one free reschedule may be offered at our discretion.
• No-shows: no refund.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Health and Safety

Participation in VR experiences involves physical activity. You must inform our staff of any medical conditions, injuries, disabilities or pregnancy before participating. We reserve the right to refuse participation to any guest whose health or safety may be at risk. Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by our staff. VirtualQuestArena accepts no liability for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.

5. Age Requirements

Guests must be at least 7 years of age to participate. Guests under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Some experiences are restricted to guests aged 15 or 18 and over. Age restrictions will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on virtualquestarena.info, including text, images, graphics, logos and software, is the property of VirtualQuestArena Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, VirtualQuestArena shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant booking.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
