Pricing Notes

All prices include GST and all equipment. There are no booking fees when you book online. Walk-in bookings are subject to availability. Optional add-ons such as catering, extended party room hire and photo packages are priced separately.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your session receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24–48 hours receive a 50% refund or full credit. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once at no charge.
Yes! We offer a 15% concession discount for pensioners, healthcare card holders and people with disabilities. Please present your concession card at the venue. Carers accompanying guests with disabilities receive complimentary entry.
Absolutely! VirtualQuestArena gift vouchers are available for purchase at any of our venues or by contacting us at [email protected]. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used for any session type.
